Out of Supplies
All of our restrooms come stocked with 3 rolls of toilet paper, dispenser of paper towels and dispenser of soap per stall/suite. Any supplies needed beyond that point will need to be provided by you. Using toilet paper that is overly fluffy can increase the chances of clogs; septic safe paper is not required.
Restroom is Smelly
Although we empty our tanks after each rental and regularly flush them there are many reasons why a restroom may be/become smelly...
Reason |
Solution |
Trailer was recently moved Not all contents are able to be removed from the tank at pump out |
Allow trailer to sit undisturbed and smell will dissipate Add tank deodorizers |
Trailer is being over used There are no p traps in the toilets, any time a toilet is flushed the stall is exposed to the air of the waste tank. Nonstop use will cause smells to seep into stall(s) |
Encourage use of other restrooms to decrease valve openings Add air fresheners Add tank deodorizers |
Emissions from the previous user |
Air out the restroom by opening roof vents/windows Add air freshener Hold breath and use quickly |
Long Term Clients: Trailer has been sitting for a long period If a trailer is in one place for extended periods a mound forms under the toilet chute that is unable to be cleared by simply pumping the trailer |
Notify our office, we will complete an onsite flush or exchange the trailer |
