Below are tips and tricks to ensure that Fancy Flush can deliver and pick up your luxury restroom trailer without a hitch

Site Clearance Requirements
Trees, bushes and other obstacles. Our trailers are 12ft tall and 8ft wide; other delivery and vendor vehicles are typically taller at 13ft. Although the tree branches, landscaping and structures make for a grand entrance they can prevent us from being able to successfully get to the final drop off location. Trees, bushes and other permanent fixtures need to be a minimum of 12ft tall with a drivable width of 10ft for maneuvering. We are unable to push past branches and landscaping as it can cause damages that will affect the functioning of the restrooms. Trim up and back any landscaping that may interfere; if unable to change the structure consider an alternate route to the drop of location.
Driving Surfaces and Compatible Terrain
Although our trucks are fairly capable, towing the dead weight of a trailer can cause complications on certain terrain. We need a hard packed surface for the route to the drop off location with minimal elevation changes. Large holes, steep angles or sharp turns should be avoided as well. If a luxury restroom is being delivered during the winter time, rains may cause the ground to become to soft to drive upon. A general rule is if we are able to dig our heel into the ground we will not be able to drive on the surface.
Restroom Trailer Deployment
Many forget to include room for the delivery vehicle when choosing a location. We are unable to move the restrooms independently from the truck; this means we will need not only room from the restroom but also room for the vehicle to place the trailer. The stairs are on the passenger side of the vehicle as we tow, please keep this in mind when choosing placement. See trailer dimensions under trailer models to determine the amount of space needed for the trailer with the stairs deployed.
Importance of Level Ground
The stairs, water and doors are all effected by the levelness of the ground. For safety and functionality of the restrooms we need ground that is no more than 3 degree slope in any direction. You can determine the slope simply by parking a vehicle at the chosen location and using a phone "bubble level" app.

Checking Restroom Prior to Event
Upon delivery of the restroom trailer Fancy Flush will check that all aspects of the restroom are functioning as they should and will show how the trailer operates. The bathroom should be checked the morning of the event to ensure that it is working properly, if there are any issues notifying us immediately allows us time to fix the issue prior to your event.
Troubleshooting
We designed our restrooms to be easy to use, however from time to time problems may arise. The most common issue is that a switch is turned off; check that all switches are on and the trailer has power. Clogs
As in any bathroom our toilets can clog; luckily our toilets are easy to unclog. Foreign objects such as diapers, toys, hygiene products need to be removed from the bowl prior to clearing the clog.

- Turn off the water to the toilet via the valve located behind the toilet.
- Locate a stick, toilet brush or plunger
- Press the foot pedal to open the ball valve fully
- Use the stick to push the clog down into the tank.
Site Attending / Cleaning
We offer site attending for your event for an added fee. If you are interested in this service please contact us to discuss your needs. We have designed our restrooms to be easy to maintain and clean by anyone. Similar to a restroom inside a building, the bathrooms can be cleaned and sanitized using normal household cleaners. Chemicals such as window cleaner, vinegar, and Lysol are approved for use; be careful using harsh chemicals such as bleach as it may cause damage to the equipment finishes.

Turning Off Lights
At the completion of your event we ask that you turn off all lights, and if equipped the air conditioning and music. Most features on our restroom trailers operate on our battery/solar system; turning them off ensures that the battery remains charged and the bathroom continues functioning properly.
Keeping the Space Clear
Planters, signs, chairs and the like create a cozy atmosphere for your guests; however, these things may prevent us from being able to pick up the portable toilet. If you decide to add your own personal touches please ensure to move them away from the trailer so that the driver is able to hitch up and pull the trailer from place. Other vendors and crew may place glassware, linens and trash near or around the restroom trailer; if this occurs we will need these pulled away from the trailer.
Removing Added Elements
Adding a personal touch is a great way to make the portable toilet cozy and welcoming, these touches however can interfere with the pick up of the restroom. Moving any added item away from the trailer and taking your personal items out of the restroom will ensure that we are able to pick up the restroom. Vendors and crews will often stack glassware, linen and trash behind or around the trailer; these items will need to be moved away from the bathroom so that we can safely maneuver the restroom out of place.
Check the Inside
Wine glasses are the most common items left inside/around of one of our restrooms. Double check inside each stall to make sure that there are no glassware or personal items left behind. Although we will do our best to return anything left behind, Fancy Flush is not responsible for any items left inside of the restroom at pick up.
