This law strictly prohibits Napa Valley wineries from hosting a wedding on their grounds. This law was put into place to protect the agricultural land used for wineries and only 5 lucky wineries have been grandfathered in to allow weddings. These places are often booked quickly and have a waiting list.
Wineries may be out of the option for your ceremony, however there are plenty of other options for your wedding celebration. There are many private estates and venues that are permitted to host weddings year around. These places still offer fantastic views and many options to make your special day perfect.
